We are a quality cask ale house, having served a wide range of guest and regular ales under the management of Ian and June Rigg since 1989. Previously they gained a vast amount of experience running various licensed premises over the past few decades including the Wellcome inn in Blackpool, the Wellington in Hale village, the Park in Wigan, the Farmers Arms in Parbold and the King Alfred in Warney Island. Ian's father ran the infamous Tommy Ducks in Manchester amongst others.
