World Famous Taps Party Nights, are held every bank holiday sunday, the only nights of the year when you'll hear music in The Taps, with dancing on the tables a common, and entertaining sight.

St Georges Day usually sees the pub festooned with English flags, and a good old sing-song is often on the cards around tea time. 2009 even saw a fly-by from Euro Fighter Typhoons.

Every year, The Taps holds a 30 (or 15) mile bike ride, raising money for Rosemere Cancer Foundation, and other local charities, this year, we raised a huge £8000! more info here
